While we do offer promotional merchandise and other tactical merchandise for the benefit of our customers, our primary focus is to build the finest tactical firearms ever produced. With that in mind, we will not, as a general rule, provide a refund for returned merchandise, pursuant to the terms and conditions outlined below.
For Non-firearm purchases:
TALON Ordnance, LLC will NOT issue refunds or exchanges for merchandise purchased from TALON Ordnance or talonordnance.com. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that all products ordered or purchased are the correct size and type desired prior to purchase. Refunds will not be given for mis-sized clothing. (For example, if you believe you wear a medium and you claim that a medium you received from us “fits small” once you receive it, we will not issue a refund or exchange on this merchandise.) If you purchase clothing from TALON and it doesn’t fit…give it away. If we make a mistake in filling your order, and we ship you a size or style that you did not order, we will exchange this item with the correct item you ordered if you notify us within 10 days of receipt. You must contact us prior to returning ANY merchandise to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
For online Firearm purchases:
Refer to the Terms and Conditions of firearms sales that must be read and agreed to by the buyer prior to adding a TALON firearm to the shopping cart online. In summary, no refunds will be issued for firearm purchases except in rare and unlikely circumstances. If you buy it and don’t want it, sell it to a friend or give it away. You will make someone else very happy. CHECK ALL LOCAL LAWS WITH YOUR LOCAL LICENSED FIREARM DEALER PRIOR TO MAKING AN ONLINE PURCHASE OF A FIREARM. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND BECAUSE OF YOUR INABILITY TO LEGALLY HAVE THE WEAPON TRANSFERRED TO YOU BECAUSE OF YOUR BACKGROUND, PLACE OF RESIDENCE, OR OTHERWISE.
